DEAR ME(n)
What if the hidden crisis in masculinity was a language barrier?
What if the hidden crisis in masculinity is a language barrier?
What happens when an adolescent or adult male has experiences he cannot name, emotions he cannot express, and questions he was never taught to ask?
Dear Me(n) is a conceptual field manual designed to help modern males find the language to navigate the complexities of the 21st century. It is a bridge between inherited traditions and conscious evolution—an invitation to examine what we’ve been taught, give voice to what we’ve lived, and choose what we carry forward.
Through the three territories of Boyhood, Selfhood, and Manhood, readers are invited to question the myths of masculinity that no longer serve them and explore the beliefs, relationships, rituals, and routines shaping who they are becoming.
At the heart of this work is an inquiry:
How far would you go to ensure that the truth is handled with care?
Because telling the truth is only the beginning. We must also learn how to have, hold, and handle the conversations that follow.
Dear Me(n) offers tools to reclaim identity, deepen intimacy, and practice integrity—one honest conversation at a time
01
BOYHOOD —
IDENTITY
Who did you have to become to survive your childhood?
Explore the formative years where masks are first created. This stage focuses on healing the inner child and understanding the origins of your current identity.
02
SELFHOOD —
INTIMACY
How deep can you go with yourself before you turn away?
The journey inward. This stage challenges you to develop emotional literacy and the capacity for true vulnerability with yourself and others.
03
MANHOOD —
INTEGRITY
What does it mean to be the master of your own soul?
Integration and external contribution. Learning to live by a code of honor that aligns your thoughts, words, and actions with your highest purpose.
THE BIGGER THE PROBLEM THE MORE NECESSARY COLLABORATION THEN BECOMES!
