Good Juju Gallery Opens frag/MEN\ted for Residency
A licensed art collection becomes a catalyst for conversations on fatherhood, male identity, and emotional welfare.
LOS ANGELES, CA — November 1, 2026 — Good Juju Gallery announces that frag/MEN\ted, its signature capsule collection exploring the impact of the absent father, will be available for loan to educational institutions, corporations, and organizations beginning November 1, 2026.
Available through one- or two-week residencies, frag/MEN\ted invites communities to examine what happens when a father’s absence leaves questions a son must answer for himself—and how those unanswered questions can shape his identity, intimacy, and integrity.
Created by artist and wellness advisor JuVan “JuVee” Langford, the collection uses art as an entry point for medicinal conversations that directly benefit the emotional welfare of adolescent and adult males.
“Art has a way of saying what we haven’t yet found the words for,” said Langford. “frag/MEN\ted invites us to look at what fathers leave behind, what sons carry forward, and what becomes possible when we make room for a different conversation.”
The Art Is Only the Beginning
Each residency is developed in collaboration with the host organization and curated around the needs of its community. Partners, known as Angels of Behavioral Change, become stewards of the collection and can bring the work to life through a selection of experiences:
Walky-Talky™
Art walk meets artist talk. Led by JuVee, this immersive experience moves participants through the collection and into conversation. As each piece opens a new line of inquiry, guests are invited to look closer, ask better questions, and share what they see. It’s a true conversation in motion.
Wellness Masterclass Series
JuVee joins forces with local creative sensations to co-facilitate live, in-studio art classes centered on emotional welfare and personal development. Part creative practice, part conversation, each session invites participants to make something while making room for themselves.
Leadership Lunch & Learns
Created for cultural icons and transformation trailblazers, these interactive conversations connect personal growth with the responsibility of leadership. Rooted in themes from JuVee’s forthcoming field manual, Dear Me(n), each gathering invites leaders to consider how their inner lives shape the way they show up for others.
The Elevation Effect
JuVan Langford’s signature three-day character and leadership development retreat for high-performing male authority figures. Designed for men accustomed to leading others, the experience creates space to examine the beliefs, behaviors, and emotional patterns that influence how they lead themselves.

FEATURED CAPSULE COLLECTION
THE BACKSTORY
Langford traces this condition from the absent father to the dark corner, where anger, grief, abandonment, and longing are no longer treated as private failures, but as sophisticated emotions awaiting language and form.
THE FATHER FIGURE
At the center of the collection is the iconography of the international symbol of men's room reimagined into curriculum on father figuring examining the interior lives of males shaped by the absent father.
THE ICON
The icon is a tribute to the uninitiated male—the son taught how to endure, provide, and perform, but rarely given the vocabulary, witnessing, or instruction required to understand his own emotional life.
THE LINES
An ode to the four-page letter from grandfather to grandson, the beau bleu lines serve as both structure and witness: a place for memory to be recorded and emotion to become evidence.
They offer a space where males can express themselves without first having to explain themselves—where a feeling can arrive before the words, and the words can arrive without a defense.
Across these lines, grief needs no argument. Anger can reveal what it has been protecting. Tenderness can take up space without apology.
Once used to teach us how to write, these lines invite us to write ourselves in.
